Manipulation of ferroelectric domain inversion and growth by optically induced 3D thermoelectric field in lithium niobate

摘要
Weexperimentallydemonstratetheuseofafemtosecondlaser-inducedthermoelectricfieldtomanipulateremotely—notonlyatthefocalspot—theinversionandgrowthofferroelectricdomaininlithiumniobate.Theprocessinvolvestwosteps:thefirststepislasermarking,in whichalaserisusedtomarktheoriginofthedesireddomaininversion.Thesecondstepislaserinduction,inwhichalaser-inducedthermo-electricfieldisusedtoinvertthedomainatthemarkersiteanddrivedomaingrowth.Theinducedthermoelectricfieldisdistributedinthreedimensions,whichcansimultaneouslymanipulatethedomaininversionandgrowthlengthofmultiplemarkedsiteswithinadiameteroflm.Thelengthofdomaingrowthissynergisticallycontrolledbythepositionandintensityofmarkingandinduction,whichcan 200 exceed100 l m.Thistwo-steppolingmethodgreatlyimprovestheefficiencyofall-opticalpolingandprovidesadifferentsuiteoftoolsfortai-loringferroelectricdomains.

教授、博导,泰山学者青年专家、崂山学者、学科带头人及武汉大学兼职教授。先后任职于北京理工大学、南洋理工大学、武汉大学及青岛科技大学。他长期致力于超快激光与物质相互作用研究,提出基于共振吸收的飞秒激光高效选择性加工新方法,成功应用于光子晶体加工、油水分离器制造等领域,展现出极高的工业加工能力;同时,成功验证了飞秒激光海水制氢假设,为万亿美元级的大规模制氢工程化奠定了实验基础。其科研成果丰硕,在Nanoscale、APL等主流SCI期刊发表论文40余篇,总被引超1100次;获国家发明专利18项(多项正推进转化)。主持国自然面上项目、先导科技专项子课题等16项,并作为骨干参与多项国家重大科研计划。
